Alcohol Preps are 70% isopropyl alcohol wipes designed for cleansing and preparing the skin before injections and the application of medical devices. They are suitable before insulin injections, CGM sensor placement, infusion sets and adhesive patches.
Each wipe is made from soft nonwoven material and contains 0.5 ml of 70% V/V isopropyl alcohol. The compact 65 × 30 mm size is convenient for preparing a small skin area before a procedure.
The wipes help clean and degrease the skin before applying Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre, Medtronic and other CGM sensors, as well as before insulin injections and infusion set placement.
Each Alcohol Prep is supplied in an individual sealed sachet, making the wipes convenient for home use, diabetes supply bags, work, school and travel.
