Cooling case COOLINGBAG is designed for safe storage and transportation of insulin during trips, travel and everyday activities. It helps maintain insulin at a temperature of 18–26 °C depending on the ambient temperature. For example, at an outdoor temperature of 38.8 °C, the case can maintain the insulin temperature at 26 °C for at least 45 hours.
The case is suitable for people with diabetes who need to conveniently carry several insulin pens and insulin vials. It can hold up to 4 insulin pens. The internal size of 130 × 195 mm provides enough space for the necessary insulin therapy supplies. The case is suitable for everyday use, trips and travel.
For the cooling effect to work properly, free air circulation is required, therefore the case must not be stored in airtight bags or containers.
How to use
Gel preparation
Remove the inner element from the case and immerse it in cold water for 45–55 minutes. The crystals will absorb the water and turn into an active cooling gel in the form of small beads.Important note: if the gel absorbs too much water, the case may become too dense. In this case, allow the excess moisture to evaporate before use.
Drying - After removing the inner element from the water, gently pat it dry with a towel to remove dripping water.
Use - Place the inner element back into the outer case, after which it is ready for use. The case can be stored in a refrigerator for additional cooling, but it must not be placed in a freezer.
Care instructions
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not machine wash.
• If the cooling gel is mechanically damaged, its functionality will be impaired, and this is not grounds for returning the product.
The model is available in four colors: black, gray, purple and blue.
