TickleFLEX is a reusable insulin pen injection aid designed to make subcutaneous injections more comfortable and less painful. Its soft flexible elements stimulate the skin around the injection site, help distract from the needle sensation, stabilize the needle and partially hide it from view.
TickleFLEX can be especially useful for children and adults who are anxious or afraid of needles. A calmer injection experience can help reduce stress around daily insulin injections and make it easier to develop a consistent routine for insulin therapy and diabetes management.
When pressed against the skin, the flexible design gently creates a small skin fold and reduces sideways needle movement, helping make the injection feel more stable and controlled.
TickleFLEX is designed for universal insulin pen needles 4–6 mm in length.
The black attachment supplied with TickleFLEX is a functional adapter for use with Toujeo SoloStar. It is not packaging — do not discard it.
The device is made from hypoallergenic silicone with a silver-ion antimicrobial additive and is designed for long-term reusable use when properly cleaned and cared for.

How to use:
1. Attach a compatible 4–6 mm pen needle.
2. Carefully slide TickleFLEX over the fitted needle without forcing it further back onto the pen.
3. For Toujeo SoloStar, install the black adapter first, followed by the needle and TickleFLEX.
4. Position the pen at approximately 90° to the skin, press TickleFLEX against the injection site and administer the injection according to your insulin pen instructions.
5. After use, remove and safely dispose of the needle.
*Important: read the TickleFLEX instructions before first use. Use a new sterile needle for every injection.
